For May's calendar I've taken a break from the normal format, and have used the Logo I've created to celebrate 10 Years of Geocaching in Yorkshire (as ever, you need to be a member to access the downloads).

This Logo has been a labour of love over the last two weeks, what started as a simple idea turned out to be much more complex to create than I thought.
The picture is a Word Cloud Artwork made up of 300 names. Which names? The names of the 300 Caching Accounts which have placed the most Geocaches in Yorkshire over the last Ten years (archived and currently active up to last weekend). The more caches they've placed, the larger their name is in the picture.
The image makes up the rough boundary shape of Yorkshire. I originally attempted to split it into the 4 Counties, so each County would have 300 names, but when they came together they didn't quite match.
The Calendar versions are massively scaled down, I created the master image to an A0 Paper size (I've a framed A2 Print adorning my wall).
Full size sample

I plan to make the design available on a T Shirt (I'm awaiting some samples), and if the demand is there, possibly as a poster as well.
All proceeds from this design would be split between the website running costs, and Children In Need.
I'll bring my framed version to the Ten Years Meet in Harrogate on Sunday.
Now I've refined the process (well, got the creation time down to a day), I would be willing to create similar images for other areas of the UK; if you are interested, please get in touch.
