Not attending this year as Er Indoors will only go South for hols, and it falls right in the middle of our 3 weeks off.
Forward planning, at the N W Cachers do last weekend, they were saying 2011 = South Wales, 2012 = somewhere in Lancashire, hosted by N W Cachers

I have to admit that I've not given it a heck of a lot of thought and, probably won't make a final decision until the camping/site details are published. That said, it's unlikely that I wouldn't want to make a long weekend of it too.

Ramada booked for 3 nights Friday until Monday but i am sure we will be hanging around the camping/area/pub with the rest of you until the early hours! May even go through the Lakes or Dales on the way up to break the journey and pop off a few caches on route!

Ramada booked as the Mrs does not do camping. It was either that or not coming! lol We are just planning on using that as a base anyway for a tour round.
We had read that conditions down the hole were a bit cramped so it made sense to send the smallest stonefielder (aged 3) down! This caused more than a little sibbling rivalry so his 6 year old sister also joined him in the whale. 66 has been claimed as the age of the oldest finder I assume 3 is the youngest? This was superb fun, I'm afraid they were rather excited on reaching the treasure to be discrete thankfully there was no one else around. For anyone thinking of calling social services we have done a lot of climbing and both kids were belayed with chest harnesses - I wouldn't recommend taking small kids to this one otherwise. Took TB left swops Excellent fun- Many thanks
