The success of last years "Lets Go Mega Camping In Ripon" looks like it's inspired many people to look to North Yorkshire for future events.

At the start of June the annual "Carry on Camping" event is promised to be coming to Whitby (yet to be published).

At the end of June there is another weekend event at Austwick, near Settle, in the shadow of the three Yorkshire Peaks.  Rather bizarrely the event has been named "LET'S GO HUNTING FOR A YETI IN A TENT IN LANCS ", despite being 5 miles from the Lancashire Border :-)
